HYALURONIC ACID

Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in the skin’s connective tissue. It can bind up to 1000 times its weight in water and holds water molecules onto the surface of your skin to keep it nice and hydrated as well as reducing transepidermal water loss. It gives your skin structure and is responsible for that plump-hydrated appearance. Hyaluronic acid decreases as we age making us more susceptible to sagging and wrinkles.

HEMISQUALANE

Squalene is a molecule we are born with in abundance, but like the hyaluronic acid molecule, squalene amounts decrease as we age. Hemisqualane is a plant derived oil that looks very similar in feel & texture to squalene (an oil produced naturally by the body) Hemisqualane is a lightweight and easily-absorbed natural emollient that can lock in moisture and boosts moisture retention leaving your skin feeling softer and more hydrated.

KALAHARI MELON SEED EXTRACT

Kalahari Melon Seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the Kalahari Melon. It has potent antioxidant properties which prevent the accumulation of free radicals that contribute to ageing. It has a tightening and wrinkle-reducing effect thanks to antioxidants and its abundance of vitamins A,C & E. It is also rich in omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids (EFA's), which stimulate skin cell growth, helping to repair skin damage.
